I shot a video of JQ Robert’s regular training session during his off season. I was running a “run and gun” setup using a Sony A7iii with a Rode shotgun mic. All footage is handheld. No lighting equipment was used. JQ has been working hard during hisentire off season and this was a glimpse of it.
